
15-18g of Coffee
200mL of water
- Grind 15-18g of coffee
- Pour into press
- Add twice the amount of water than grinds (i.e. 15g of coffee/30mL of Water)
- Tamp and set for 30 seconds
- Pour remainder of water (it should read 200mL)
- After 1 minute stir 10x
- Decant
- Pour 2oz of water to make an even 8oz cup
